Situated in Central Upper Hutt, a small red door opens up to an expansive space which used to house the Mayfair Theatre in the 1900s. Owner Kaushal Adeshara only uses the freshest local produce. Mayfair Cafe combines Kiwi and International sytle cuisine influenced from all over the world.

The Boiler Room Wine bar coined its name being the room that used to house the old boiler that heats the old historic cinema.
