Founded in 1996, this establishment is rooted in a rich family history and a passion for fresh food and entertainment. As of December 2023, the Leigh Sawmill Cafe is run by the original Guinness management once again.

The dining style is casual with small plates, a refined pizza menu, and a grill selection from a newly built outdoor wood-fired grill.
