With international borders still closed, our restaurant and bistro remain shut. We can grow and nurture wine quite well without a big team, we just work harder. With hospitality, this is not an option as we require a brigade of excellent chefs, an impressive team of front of house heroes, sommeliers, and many helpers behind the scenes. We really do miss you, but we just cannot do things by halves.
