Here at Embra, we pride ourselves on having a passion for creating dishes that combine French & British cooking techniques with modern Kiwi cuisine.
Seasonality and sustainability are important to us. We believe that the freshest ingredients make for the best flavours, so our menu is designed to reflect the seasons. We use local producers where possible in our effort to support the amazing growers that surround us, and also reduce how far the ingredients have to travel.
We respect the Earth where our food comes from, so we do our part to protect it. As well as sourcing local and organic produce where we can, we also use earth-friendly cleaning products and avoid using any single-use products.
