Aperitivo and it’s more recent addition Parnell barbers, was created in December 2016 as a personal project to help fund my Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games campaign.

After noticing the vacant shop in Parnell, I called a good friend and training partner in Italy, Marco and Aperitivo was born.

Aperitivo and its Italian theme represents my favourite parts of travelling, food, training camps and the people. I’m lucky enough to have training partners in the Italian national training squad that also share the same passion for sport but most importantly food.

I import the best Italian cured meats and cheese directly from Marco's (aka bomber) family business in Italy.
