The 152 on Bath Restaurant lunches and dinners are training opportunities for our HLC Cookery Trainees, our Food & Beverage Students and our Youth Hospitality Students.
Our Cookery students will prepare and present the food while our Food & Beverage or Youth Hospitality students gain confidence and experience by providing table service.
As this is a training restaurant, please be prepared to provide written feedback on the service you receive and the quality and presentation of the food you are served if required. It is extremely valuable and necessary for the students to receive this constructive feedback from you - the customer.
